While we believe that the gospel is to be preached in or proclaimed to all the world, we deny offers of grace; that is to say, that the gospel is to be offered indiscriminately to all. See Article 24 and Article 26.
Mr 16:15, And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 2Co 4:3-4, But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: in whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
